The text, photography and visual identity of this site belong to Sara Díaz or their respective authors (stock photography under free license). Don't reuse them without permission.
Booking your date involves a specific contract and, where applicable, a deposit — terms agreed individually with you before any financial commitment. Joining the waitlist, by itself, creates no charge.

What we collect when you join the waitlist: name, email, phone (optional), approximate wedding date or season, city, number of guests, approximate budget, services you're interested in, and any free text you send us. Separately, if you accept the cookie notice, Google Analytics collects aggregated, anonymized browsing data (pages viewed, approximate location, device) — see section 8.
Newsletter: if you check the corresponding box on the form, we keep your email to send you content about weddings and Andalusia. It's optional and separate from the rest — you can unsubscribe at any time from the email itself or by writing to us.
What it's used for: form data, only to reply about your wedding and understand if we're a good fit — never for any other purpose, and never shared or sold to third parties. The newsletter, only for the content you agreed to receive. Analytics data, only to understand how many people visit the site and from where.
Legal basis: your explicit consent when submitting the form and, where applicable, when separately checking the newsletter box; and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you make yourself.
Where it's stored: on our own infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (European Union, Ireland region).
Data processors: Amazon Web Services (infrastructure); ImprovMX (technical email forwarding of the notification to info@saradiaz.net); Google (Google Analytics, only after you accept the cookie notice — see section 8). None of them use your data for their own purposes or share it with any additional third party.
How long we keep it: for as long as the relationship or interest in working together lasts, and at most 24 months from your last interaction if there's no reply. Newsletter data, until you unsubscribe.
Your rights: you can ask us at any time to access, correct, export or delete your data, by emailing info@saradiaz.net. We handle it directly, no intermediaries.
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Should any dispute reach that point, Spanish courts have jurisdiction.
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how many people visit this site and how — it only activates after you accept the cookie notice, never before. No advertising, no social media pixels, no selling data to third parties. You can revoke your consent at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser settings. We also store a language preference (Spanish/English) in your browser's local storage (localStorage), which is not a cookie and is never sent to any server.
